2. Vehicle listings
All vehicles listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are in euros including VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw any listing at any time.
3. Reservations
A reservation places a hold on the vehicle for an agreed period. It does not constitute a purchase agreement. Full payment terms are agreed at the point of sale.
4. Import service
Import quotations are estimates. Final costs depend on exchange rates, transport, and registration fees at time of purchase. We will confirm the final price before proceeding.
5. Sell your car
Offers made through our sell-your-car service are valid for 7 days. The final offer is subject to physical inspection of the vehicle.
6. Liability
Aziz Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
